Another cooking class at the Biazon’s. Japanese cuisine this time — my absolute favorite. We first started by rolling sushis and learned plating tricks and things to do with vegetables to make them look more appetizing. We proceeded to making the beef sukiyaki, stir-fried rice, katsudon, and chicken teriyaki. Yummy lesson!
